摘要
目的:建立汝安膜中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法:使用C18柱,0.03 mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液-乙腈(68∶32)为流动相,检测波长为348 nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱在0.4-2.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.04%(n=6),RSD为0.89%。结论:该方法准确、可靠、重现性好,可作为该膜剂的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish the method of detecting berberine hydrochloride contents of.Methods: HPLC was used to determine berberine hydrochloride in RU AN membrane on C18 column,using 0.03 mol/L NaH2PO4-CH3CN(68∶32) as mobile phase,with detection at 348 nm.Results: The good linearity was observed for the concentration of 0.4-2.0 mg/L.The average recoveries were 98.04%(n = 6).RSD were 0.89%.Conclusion: It is accurate,safe,good in reappearing rate,and can be used as the quality control method for the membrane medication.
