摘要
目的:考察处方工艺对雷公藤缓释微丸释放度的影响。方法:采用转篮法,考察不同溶出介质中雷公藤甲素的释放情况,选择合适的溶出介质,确定最佳的转速。结果:雷公藤缓释微丸包衣膜增重10%,以HPMCE3为致孔剂用量2%,以5 g/L十二烷基硫酸钠溶液为释放介质,雷公藤缓释微丸在100r/min的条件下,在2 h、6 h、12h的释放度分别为30%、65%、98%。结论:选择了最佳的处方工艺,使雷公藤缓释微丸的释放度达到了药典要求。
Objective: To investigate the influence of prescription and technique on the release of Leigongteng sustained release pellets.Methods: Using the law of trans-basket,the different dissolution medium Triptolide situation of release was investigated.Results: The coating weight of Leigongteng sustained-release pellets gained 10%,HPMCE3 as a porogen weight gain 2%,SLS as Media release,the release rate of the preparation at 2hs,6hs,12hs was 30%,65%,98% in distilled water at the rotating speed 100r/min.Conclusion: With the choice of the best prescription and techniques,the release rate of Leigongteng sustained-release pellets meet the requirement of Chinese pharmacopeia
