摘要
结合企业文化的内在本质,从理论和实践层面分析了企业文化发展创新的途径,真正使企业文化成为企业发展的内在推动力,打破原有企业文化仅停留在企业宣传部门总结的几个"四字词组"的层面。
In combination with the inner nature of the corporate culture,the ways for development and innovation of corporate culture were analyzed from the theory and practice level,the corporate culture was really made to be the inner driving force of the corporate development,and the "four-character phrase" level of the corporate culture which was summarized by the publicity department of the corporate was broken.
