摘要
“校企结合、学工衔接”是学校根据自身办学历史和行业办学的实际情况探索出的适合自身发展需要的学校人才培养模式。分析了“校企结合、学工衔接”人才培养模式的特征和构建此种模式应注意的问题。
＂College-Enterprise Cooperation, Study-Working Combination＂is our college talents- training model based on our own history and industry, situation, which suits the needs of development. This ＇article analyzes the features of ＂College-Enterprise Cooperation, Study-Working Combination＂ talents-training and problems in the process of building this model.
