胸部创伤并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征21例临床分析

The clinical experience of ARDS caused by thoracic injury (21 cases report)

目的:总结胸部创伤并发急性呼吸窘迫综合症(ARDS)患者的诊治经验。方法:回顾性研究2000年1月-2008年12月期间我院21例胸部创伤并发ARDS患者的临床资料。结果:本组21例患者均采取以呼吸机辅助通气为主的综合治疗措施,21例患者中治愈15例,死亡4例,2例放弃治疗。结论:严重的胸部创伤并发ARDS死亡率极高,早期诊断和及时正确地采用机械通气为主的综合治疗是成功救治胸部创伤并发ARDS患者的关键。

Objective：To summarize the experience in the treatment of thoracic injury accompanied by acute respiratory distress syndrome （ARDS）. Methods： The clinical data of 21 cases ARDS caused by thoracic injury in our hospital from January 2000 to December 2008 were reviewed. Results： The integrate treatment mainly composed by mechanical ventilation was adopted in all patients, 15 cases were cured, 4 cases were dead and 2 cases Gived up the treatment in all 21 patients. Conclusion： There is high death rate in ARDS patients caused by severity thoracic injury, early diagnosis and the integrate treatment mainly composed by mechanical ventilation during the intensive care can reduce the death rate.
