20例不完全川崎病的回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis on 20 clinical cases of incomplete Kawasaki disease

目的:探讨不完全川崎病的临床特征,提高早期诊治水平。方法对我院近1年来收治的不完全川崎病20例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:20例不完全川崎病例全部仅有1-4项符合主要标准,30%的患儿发生了冠状动脉损害,70%的患儿无并发症。所有确诊或拟诊的患儿均给予静脉注射丙种球蛋白(IVIG)和阿司匹林,17例痊愈。结论:不完全川崎病早期症状具有不典型性,应掌握其临床特点,做到早诊断、早治疗并减少并发症的发生。

Objective：To investigate the clinical feature of incomplete Kawasaki disease, and raise the level of early diagnosis and treatment. Method： The clinical datas of twenty cases with incomplete Kawasaki disease, which was cured in our hospital in a year, were analyzed. Results： There are only one to four indexes consistent with standards for twenty cases of incomplete Kawasaki disease. 30 percent of them were detected to have the coronary artery damage. There were no complications in the other cases. IVIG and aspirin were prescribed to the sick infants. 70% cases healed. Conclusion： There are not typical early symptoms in complete Kawasaki disease. The clinical feature should be mastered to diagnose and cure incomplete Kawasaki disease, which reduces the complications.
