摘要
《食品安全法》是我国食品安全领域首部统一的法律,汇集了学术界和实务界众多专家和学者的智慧,引入了诸多国内、外先进的立法与执法经验,为我国的食品安全监管提供了有力的法律依据。这部法律有许多亮点,但因我国的食品安全形势复杂,一部新生的法律难以完全应对,其尚存在一些欠缺和不足,需要逐步改进和完善。
Food Safety Law is the first unified law about food safety in our country. It has gathered the wisdom of numerous experts and scholars in academic and practical realms and has been completed on the basis of opinions from the whole society. It absorbs much domestic and foreign experience of legislation and enforcement and will be a powerful legal basis for supervision over food safety of our country. There are many highlights in the law while it still has some insufficiencies and has to be improved for the complex situation of food safety in our country.
