在高速城市化进程中,如何实现城市中心城区人口聚集能力的提升、协调中心城市与区域内外其他单元间的人口聚集与流动成为一个重要问题。针对吉安市城市化发展的自身特性和需求,"政府主导"下人口聚集的政策支持,是吉安城市化发展进程中的关键所在。政府在政策制订中应从集中优势资源,发展中心城区、调整产业结构、提升城区辐射力、改善政策环境、促进人口集聚入手,加大城市的经济辐射力,使吉安市成为赣中经济发展的火车头。

According to the characteristics and demand of urbanization of Ji＇ an City,the policy support to the population gathering guided by the government is what counts. The government should concentrate advantageous sources in the policy making, develop center urban areas, regulate the industrial structure, improve the urban radiation ability, improve the policy environment, promote the population gathering so as to improve the economic radiation ability of the city and make Ji＇an become the locomotive of economic development in central Jiangxi.
