利湿化痰祛瘀法治疗脂肪肝临床研究

Clinical study of chinese medicine dewetting expectorant and went stasis treatment of fatty liver

目的观察利湿化痰祛瘀法治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法126例脂肪肝患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各63例。治疗组给予中药利湿化痰祛瘀方治疗,对照组给予东宝肝泰片治疗,疗程均为60d。比较2组疗效和治疗前后症状积分变化情况。结果治疗组临床治愈率为50.79%,总有效率为93.65%;对照组分别为20.63%、82.54%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在改善各症状积分方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利湿化痰祛瘀法是治疗脂肪肝的有效方法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of dewetting expectorant and went stasis treatment of fatty liver.Methods 126 cases of fatty liver patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,63 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine with ewetting expectorant and went stasis treatment and control group was given tablets Dongbaogantai,course of treatment were 60 days.Results The markedly effective for the treatment group was 50.79%,with a total effective rate 93.65%,in the control group were 20.63% and 82.54%,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）,compared with the control group,the symptom score improvements of treatment group were better than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Chinese medicine method of dewetting expectorant and went stasis is an effective method of treatment of fatty liver.
