开腹手术治疗异位妊娠150例临床观察

Clinical observation of laparotomy on ectopic pregnancy of 150 cases

目的观察开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法对150例异位妊娠患者行开腹手术治疗,观察患者术中情况、术后恢复及再次妊娠情况。结果治愈147例,治愈率为98.0%。手术时间30～115(71.35±4.15)min,术中出血(48.13±22.52)ml;术后腹痛消失时间(62.81±16.31)h,肛门排气时间(40.50±12.03)h,住院时间(7.50±0.56)d;术后再次妊娠88例,其中宫内妊娠79例(89.8%),再发异位妊娠9例(10.2%),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于诊断明确和具备手术指征的异位妊娠患者,开腹手术疗效确切,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparotomy on ectopic pregnancy.Methods 150 cases of ectopic pregnancy were treated with laparotomy,observed the situations of patients in laparotomy and postoperative recovery and re-pregnancy situation.Results 147 patients were cured,the cure rate was 98.0%.Operation time was 30115（71.35±4.15）minutes,blood loss was（48.13±22.52）ml;postoperative abdominal pain disappearance time was（62.81±16.31）hours,anal exhaust time was（40.50±12.03）hours,hospitalization time was（7.50±0.56）days;88 cases were pregnancy again,of which 79 cases were normal pregnancy（89.8%）,9 cases were ectopic pregnancy（10.2%）,the difference was statistically significant beween the two cases（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with clear diagnosis and surgical indications in ectopic pregnancy,laparotomy was exact,has a certain clinical application.
