高职学生自我管理，对许多人来说，也许还是一个比较陌生的概念。那是因为在人们熟悉的文化中，管理自然界、管理组织和管理员工的景象远多于管理自我。对于像我们这样一个刚刚升级的高职院校，学生管理工作队伍相对年轻，要使学生管理工作行之有效，就必须要使学生进行自我管理。

Self-management of vocational college students may be an unfamiliar concept to most people. Due to people＇ s common sense, management of nature, management of organization, and management of employees are more often seen than self-management. College students have to do self-management in order that work of student management is more effective.
