摘要 核医学显像在心血管疾病中的应用较普遍,概括起来有四种:1、心肌血流灌注显像,主要反映心肌的血循环状态,对冠心病、心肌梗塞的诊断、疗效观察、预后判断、心肌活力的评价、外科PTCA及动脉搭桥术的选择有重要价值,常用显像剂有201Tl、99mTc-MIBI... Abstract Cardiac tumours are rare lessions, almost all of them are metastases which occur predominantly in the right side of the heart. Primary cardiac tumours are extremely rare. The diagnosis is made chiefly by echocardiography, less frequently by angiography. Nuclear medicine imaging is a useful adjunt to echocardiography, sometimes it has unique value. There are three kinds of radionuclide imagings:(1). Gated cardiac blood pool imaging:The agent is 99m Tc-RBC. Tumours in the cavities often select this method; (2). Myocardial perfusion imaging: The agent can be 201 Tl or 99m Tc-MIBI. Myoucardial tumours are suit to it; (3). Avid-tumour imaging: 67 Ga is usually used when metastases of primary malignant tumours are considered. Different tumours have different characters.
