Research on the Relationship of Industry- University- Research Cooperative Model and Cooperative Stability

产学研合作有多种合作模式,不同的模式其合作稳定性各不相同。据调查,我国许多企业尚未与高校、科研院所建立稳定的合作模式,合作形式较松散、合作行为短期化、形式化。因此,需要从政府、企业、高校等多方面采取措施,建立稳定高效的合作模式,使产学研各方形成真正的合力,从而加快技术创新要素聚集于产业创新链上的步伐。

There is a variety of industry-university-research cooperative model, a different stability model of its varied. According to surveys, many enterprises in China have not established a stable model of cooperation with the universities, scientific research institutes, more loose form of cooperation which is in the short-term and of formalization. There is a need from the government, enterprises, universities to take different measures to establish a stable and highly efficient model so that the parties to form a real research effort, thus speeding up the pace of which elements of technological innovation in the industry are focused in the innovation chain.
