食管癌介入治疗靶动脉的选择与应用

Choice And Application of Target Artery During Interventional Chemotherapy of Esophageal Cancer

目的：探讨食管癌动脉插管化疗时靶动脉的选择及其起始高度与开口方向。材料与方法：选择５０例食管癌动脉插管化疗病例，胸上段１０例，胸下段１７例，腹段２３例，对肿瘤的供血动脉进行了分析。结果：胸上段肿瘤主要由支气管动脉或肋间动脉发出的食管支供血，胸下段肿瘤主要由食管固有动脉供血，腹段肿瘤主要由胃左动脉供血。结论：动脉插管化疗治疗食管癌时。

PURPOSE:To discuss the choice of target artery and its or-entation durng artery perfusion of esophageal cancer,MATERIALS and METHODS:50 cases with esophageal cancer which treated by artery perfusion were presented.Among them,10 cases located at upper thorax part of esophagus;17 cases located at lower thorax part and 23 cases located at abdomen part of esophagus,The authors analysed the blood supply of the tumors.RESULTS:The blood supply of tumors at upper thorax part are the brochial arteries of the esophagus branches of interesotal arteries mainly;The tumors ateomer thorax part are supplied by the proper esophagus artery mainly and the tumors at abdomen part are supplied by the left gastric artery mainly.CONCLUSION:We should search for suitable target arteries at proper altitude and direction according to various locations of tumors during interventional chemotherapy of esophageal cancer.
