Research on the Higher Education of Nursing in Underdeveloped Regions

随着护理模式从以疾病为中心的护理转变为以人为中心的护理和以健康为中心的护理,高等护理教育模式也要发生相应的改变.而不发达地区的高等护理教育的护理理念相对比较陈旧,缺乏新意,要想使不发达地区高等护理教育适应现代整体护理模式,教学计划设置要改革;行为学习的实践性也要加强.这样才能适应现代整体护理模式的需要,才能为临床输送高品质的护理人才.

As the nursing philosophy was changed from disease centered to people and health centered, the way of higher education of nursing also need to change accordingly. And the concepts of higher education of nursing in underdeveloped regions are dated and losing of fresh ideas, in order to make it adapt the modem nursing philosophy, the setting of teaching schedule needs to be reformed, practice learning needs to be enhanced. So we can match the needs of holistic nursing and provide highly qualified talents to clinic.
