摘要
以聚丙烯酰胺为研究对象,在气力输送系统上分别以不同的输送压力、输送风量,研究了不同管段压损比与雷诺数的关系。结果表明:在水平管段中,压损比较小,且受雷诺数影响不大;在垂直管段中,压损比约为20~40,可以近似地认为总压力损失等于聚丙烯酰胺流动产生的压损;在弯管段中,当雷诺数较小时,其压损比变化与水平管段相似,而当雷诺数较大时,其压损比变化与垂直管段相似。
The relationship between pressure loss ratio in polyacrylamide pneumatic conveying system when and Reynolds number is studied the conveying pressure and air quantity are different. The results show that the pressure loss ratio is small and subjects little effect with Reynolds number in horizontal pipe section; in the vertical pipe section, the pressure loss ratio is about 20-40, which can be considered approximatively that the total pressure loss is equal to the pressure loss caused by polyacrylamide flow; in the elbow section, the pressure loss ratio is similar to horizontal pipe section when the Reynolds number is small ,but the pressure loss ratio is similar to vertical pipe sections when the Reynolds number is big enough.
