摘要
采用电化学方法对低温离子渗碳后的奥氏体不锈钢表面进行了亮化处理。由于不锈钢离子渗碳后的硬化层厚度仅为50μm左右,所以在亮化处理过程中应尽可能减少硬化层的减薄量。实验采用正交试验法对亮化处理的工艺参数进行了优化,并对优化后的工艺参数进行了验证。结果表明,采用优化后的工艺参数对渗碳不锈钢进行亮化处理,不但可以恢复不锈钢原有的颜色,改善其表面质量,而且硬化层的损失很小,不锈钢表面仍具有很高的硬度。
The surface of plasma carburized stainless steel was brightened by the electrochemical method. During the brightening, the hardened layer should be removed as little as possible because the thickness of plasma carburized layer is only less than 50μm. In this paper, the process parameters of electrochemical brightening were optimized by using the orthogonal experiment and the optimized process parameters were verified. It is indicated that the carburized stainless steel can not only be restored to the original color of stainless steel and improved the surface quality, but also can keep a high hardness after being brightened using the optimized process parameters.
