摘要
为了解盐城市市售蔬菜中硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的污染情况,于2009年1~7月从盐城市蔬菜批发市场、农贸市场等地采集了42个品种265份蔬菜样品,用国标法(GB/T5009.33-2003)分析硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的含量。分析结果表明,检测样品中硝酸盐污染严重的占23.0%,高度污染的占19.6%,中度污染的占11.7%,轻度污染的占45.7%,硝酸盐含量由高到低依次为根菜类>嫩茎叶花菜类>薯芋类>鲜豆类>葱蒜类>茄果类>水生蔬菜类;而亚硝酸盐含量均相对较低。
The pollution of the nitrate and the nitrite contained in the vegetables sold in Yancheng was found out. 265 vegetables samples of 42 species from vegetables wholesale market and agricultural fair were collected in Yancheng from Jan. to July 2009, and the international standard method (GB/TSO09.33-2003) was used to analyse the content of nitrate and nitrite. The result shows that 23.0% of the samples with serious pollution, 19.6% with highly pollution, 11.7% with medimn level pollution, and 45.7% with light pollution. The content of nitrate is root vegetables〉flower vegetables〉tuber and tuberous rooted vegetables〉bean vegetables〉allium vegetables〉solanaceous vegetables〉aquatic vegetables; but the content of nitrite is comparatively lower.
