摘要 以6个不同品种的黄瓜种子为试材,采用培养皿发芽法,研究了不同浓度Ca(NO3)2对其萌发的影响并进行了品种间比较。研究结果表明,随Ca(NO3)2浓度的增加,津青春四、津绿小菜园的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数均呈先升高后降低的趋势,农乐101、津萃双冠、秀丰四号和早优F1都呈下降趋势;6个黄瓜品种的活力指数、胚根长度和芽苗长度均随Ca(NO3)2溶液浓度的增大而降低。根据综合评价结果,所选6个品种中,津绿小菜园对Ca(NO3)2的耐性最强。 The seeds of six cucumber cuhivars were used as materials, the effect of Ca (NO3)2 on seed germination characteristics were studied. The results showed that the germination rate, vigor and index of "Jinqingchunsi" and "Jinlvxiao- caiyuan increased firstly and decreased then, but the other cultivars assumed decline trend with Ca (NO3)2 concentration increased. The vigor index, radicle length and sprout length of all six cuhivars cucumber seeds decreased with Ca(NO3)2 concentration increased. The Ca(N0O)2 tolerance of Jinlvxiaocaiyuan was the highest.
