Instant Analysis on Automatic Transmission planetary Gear System

摘要 为满足客户和法规要求,车辆变速齿轮传动的性能必须不断提高。下面列举了齿轮设计的趋势和车辆变速器的开发方法:变速系误差和齿轮噪声的实验和计算优化;卡车变速器螺旋行星齿轮推力锥技术的开发与应用;船用与轿车变速器渐开线齿轮(斜面齿轮)锥体的开发;齿轮与变速器优化的有限元法。 In vehicle transmissions gearing continous improvements are necessary to fullfil the requirements of the customers and legislation. The following gear design trends and development methods for vehicle transmissions are presented: * Experimental and computational methods to optimize transmission error and gear noise,* Development and application of thrust cone technology for helical planetary gears of truck transmissions, * Development of conical in volute gears (beveloids) for marine and car transmissions, FE methods for gearing and transmission optimization.
