Application of defects analysis and life estimation for 500 kV circuit breakers to LCM

从500 kV断路器的缺陷分类统计入手,得到断路器各主要部件的缺陷比例,构建了断路器的失效分析模型,并以SF6密封件失效为例,探索了部件的寿命模型和参数估计方法。

Based on classified defect statistics for 500 kV circuit breakers,the defect proportions of main components of the circuit breaker were calculated.A simplified failure analysis model was established,and the SF6 sealing failure was shown as an example for studying the life model and the parameter estimation method for the breaker′s parts.
