摘要
分析了水口发电公司信息化存在的问题,提出企业信息化规划目标,介绍了信息系统体系建设及实施计划的三阶段工作情况。
Problems existing in informatization construction and application of Shuikou Power Generation Co.,Ltd.were analyzed.Based on that,the plan and objectives of informatization for the company were proposed.The three-phase efforts made for information system construction and informatization plan implementation were recommended.
