Retrospective Survey on Fever Induced by Puerarin Injection

目的:了解葛根素引起发热的发生情况及影响因素.方法:通过回顾性方法收集本院1997年7～12月份使用葛根素病例92份,对用药期间出现发热者进行登记.结果:在调查的92份病例中,有18人出现发热;发热与性别及用药时间有明显的关系.

Medical records of 92 patients who had been treated in our hospital by puerarin injection were retrospectively analyzed in terms of drug-induced fever and affecting factors. Our survey showed that 18 of the 92 patients were found to develop fever and the development of fever was significantly related with sex and treatment time.
