膝关节置换术治疗严重膝关节骨性关节炎21例

Total Knee Arthroplasty for 21 cases of Severe Osteoarthritis of Knee

目的:观察全膝关节置换术对治疗严重膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2007年7月至2009年7月采用膝关节置换术治疗严重的膝关节骨性关节炎21例患者临床资料(25膝),结果:术后平均随访18个月,其中优为18例,良5例,优良率为92%。结论:人工全膝关节置换术是治疗严重膝骨性关节炎的切实有效方法。

Objective:To value the clinical effect of total knee arthroplasty for severe osteoarthritis of knees. Method:The osteoarthritis of 21 cases 25 knees,male 11 cases, female 9cases. Age 72～58 years old,average age 66 years old,replacement of signal knee 17 cases,replacement of double knee 4 cases. Result:follow-up study was curried out for 6 months to 24 months,average 18 months,the data were analysis by the HSS score system,the excellent and good results 92%.Conclusion: The total knee arthroplasty presents a satisfactory procedure to severe osteoart hritis of keens.
