摘要
目的:探讨聚焦解决模式在肾绞痛患者健康教育中的应用方法及效果。方法:将110例急诊肾绞痛患者随机分为观察组与对照组各55例。对照组按照常规内容和模式进行健康教育,观察组按照聚焦解决模式5个步骤进行健康教育。分别于健康教育前、后对两组患者的肾绞痛知识知晓率、肾绞痛的复发率进行比较评价。结果:观察组患者肾绞痛知识知晓率显著优于对照组(P<0.01);肾绞痛复发率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:采用聚焦解决模式对肾绞痛患者实施健康教育,可显著提高健康教育效果,提高患者的治疗效果,有效控制肾绞痛复发,可提高肾绞痛患者的自我保健意识和患者的满意度。
objective:To detect the application method and effect of highlight model in health education for emergency renal calculus patients.Methods:A total of 110 emergency renal calculus patients divide into an observation group (n=55)and a control group(n=55).The patients in the control group were subjected to routine health education while their counterparts in the observation group received health education according to the 5 pressure in both groups were investigated before and after health education.Result:There were significant differences in the cognition of renal calculus knowledge, compliance with cure,and recrudescence of renal colic between two groups(P<0.01,for all).Conclusion:The highlight model comes into good effect when applied in health education for recrudescence of renal calculus patients.Patients, compliance with is well enhanced, their recrudescence of renal calculus is better controlled, and quality of life is improved.
