摘要
探讨了离心泵的遗传算法优化设计方法,首次采用遗传算法,对低比速离心泵参数的优化设计方法进行了研究,列举设计实例,经过多次选择、交叉和变异等遗传操作和大量计算,得出了参数优化设计结果,泵效率有所提高,消除了扬程曲线的驼峰现象。本设计方法与传统设计方法相比,具有思想简单、易于实现、应用效果显著等优点,因此更合理、更严谨。
Optimal design method of centrifugal pump is studied by using genetic algorithm. The optimal design method of geometrical parameters of low specific speed centrifugal pump is researched first by using genetic algorithm. The pump design example is cited in this paper, and the optimizing results of pump geometrical parameters are obtained after many times of genetic operating of selection, crossover and mutation and a lot of calculation. So the efficiency of pump is increased and the unstable characteristic curve is eliminated. Comparing with the traditional design method, this design method has its advantages for its simple thought, easy realization and notable actual effect, so it is more reasonable and rigorous.
