恒旋磁场治疗肋骨骨折后疼痛症临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察恒旋磁场治疗肋骨骨折后疼痛的临床疗效,探讨恒旋磁场作用机制。方法40例患者随机分为治疗组(20例,固定+恒旋磁场治疗组),对照组(20例,固定+口服药物组),治疗10d,观察两组患者疼痛相关情况,动态X光片以及不良反应发生率等情况。结果总缓解率治疗组为95%,对照组为85%。两组临床总疗效比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);在减轻疼痛强度、减少疼痛次数、缩短疼痛持续时间、延长止痛作用维持时间及不良反应发生等方面,两组治疗前后比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01),但动态X片观察移位情况比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论恒旋磁场治疗肋骨骨折后疼痛疗效肯定,是一种值得推广的简单、安全、易行的物理治疗方法。 【Objective】To observe the constant rotating magnetic field treatment of rib fracture pain after the clinical efficacy, to explore the mechanism of constant rotating magnetic field.【Methods】40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (20 cases, fixed + constant rotating magnetic field treatment group), the control group (20 cases, fixed + oral drug group), treatment for 10 days were observed in patients with pain-related conditions, dynamic X-ray films as well as the incidence of adverse reacfionsand so on.[Results ] The overall response rate of 95% of the treatment group and control group was 85%. The total clinical efficacy of the two groups showed no dif- ferences (P 〉0.05). In reducing pain intensity, less pain, frequency, shorten the duration of pain, to extend the analgesic effect and adverse reaction to maintain the time in terms of difference between the two groups both before and after treatment difference (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01), however, observe the shifting dynamics X films showed no difference (P 〉0.05). [ Conclusion] Constant magnetic field spin effect of the treatment of rib fracture pain certainly is a worthy extension of the simple, safe, easy physical treatment.
