摘要
采用大面积带真皮下血管网的皮肤游离移植治疗四肢严重瘢痕挛缩畸形12例,其中肘部1例,腕手部8例,膝部1例,踝足部2例;移植皮片面积最小13cm×8cm,最大215cm×11cm,平均1386cm,12例移植皮片全部成活,经2~9年随访,结果为移植皮肤色泽、感觉正常,畸形基本矫正,功能明显改善。作者认为本方法是一种简单实用、结果优良。
Transplantation of skin flap with subcutaneous capillary network were performed in 12 patients with serious deformity of limbs secondary to scar contraction.Of 12 cases,1 case was transferred to elbow,8 cases to carpus,1 case to genu,2 cases to ankle and penis.The minimum area of skin flap transferred was 13×8cm 2and the maximum area was 21 5×11cm 2,average area was 138 6cm 2.According to 2~9 years follow up,the results showed that skin flaps in 12 cases were all survived,the deformities had been mostly corrected,and the function had almost reccovered.The writers suggest that the surgical technique is a simple and useful new method with excellent result,which can replace transplantation of free skin flap with vascularized pedicle or vessel anastomosis for curing serious deformity of limbs scar contracture.
