对积极心理学在中国发展的几点思考

About the Development of Positive Psychology in China

积极心理学一经提出便引起了包括中国学者在内的世界心理学工作者的关注,对待积极心理学容易忽视其潜在的文化和价值理念。本文从积极心理学所倡导的优秀品质、幸福生活理念入手,着重分析了中国文化和积极心理学根植的西方文化存在的差异,目的在于通过检验这种跨文化操作,引起相关人员更深层地关注学科的构成基础,在开展积极心理学工作时,充分考虑本土文化,警惕积极心理学在中国成为某种形式的强加价值。同时也为积极心理学在中国的发展提供一种分析的视角。

As soon as Positive Psychology is introduced, psychologists all over the world pay attention to it. It is easy to overlook the tacit culture and moral values in positive psychology. This paper focusing on an analysis in differences between Chinese culture and Western culture in which the positive psychology rooted in concepts of virtues and the good life advocated by positive psychology, alms to pay attention to the underlying assumptions, think fully about the indigenous cultures and ensure that positive psychology does not become an imposed psychological imperialism.
