摘要 美国心脏学院和美国心脏协会的2009年修订版心衰指南是2009年度最重要的一个有关心衰的指导性文件,本文简要概括了其中修订的几个亮点并对部分左室切除术、预防性心室再同步化、补铁剂以及氯沙坦治疗心衰的进展进行了回顾。 ACCF/AHA Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Heart Failure in Adults is one of the most important guiding documents related to heart failure in 2009,this review provides a brief summary of updated highlights. In addition,partial left ventricular resection,prevention of ventricular resynchronization,iron agent and losartan on the progress of heart failure were reviewed.
