土王峒酒的实验研究

Experimental Study of the Tuwangdong Wine

１次灌胃给予土王峒酒，测得小鼠ＬＤ５０为２３．６０ｇ／ｋｇ，对小白鼠长期灌胃给予土王峒酒，能提高小鼠的耐缺氧、抗疲劳和耐寒能力，与对照组比较有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。对大白鼠的睾酮实验结果表明，高、低剂量的土王峒酒长期给予，对大白鼠的雄性激素有明显的升高作用（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

The toxicity wine was studied on mice,its oral LD 50 is 23.6g/kg,The experiment of giving the wine to 40 micey respectively,suggested that tuwangdong wine can improve the ability of short-onygen resistant, antifatigue and cold resistant. When 45 mice were given the wine at different dosage of 7.87g/kg and 3.93g/kg respectively,the testorererone contents raised along with the dosage increased.
