摘要
对朱砂在中枢神经系统的某些药理作用进行了研究,结果表明朱砂对中枢神经系统有一定的抑制作用,对正常小鼠自发活动基本无影响,而对注射苯丙胺后处于兴奋状态的小鼠有一定对抗的趋势,且有明显促进水合氯醛催眠作用及对抗戊四氮所致惊厥的作用,但对戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间及士的宁所致惊厥未见有明显影响。朱砂对小鼠无明显急性毒性,大鼠灌胃3wk,肝和肾有一定程度的病理学改变。
This paper studied some pharmacological effects of cinnabar on central nervous system. The results showed that it had inhibitory action on central nervous systems. It could inhibit spontaneous activity in excited mice caused by amphetamine in certain level, but normal mice were not almost influenced. It could also obviously promote the hypnotic action of chloral hydrate and weaken the convulsions for Metrazol,but couldn't influence the asleep time of Nembutal and convulsions for strychnine. It could be bad for liver and kidney in rats and they would be recovered gradualy after stopped drugs.
