择期手术患者不同时间接入手术室对患者心理状态的影响

Impact of the different time to enter the operating room on the psychological state of patients with elective surgery

目的:探讨择期手术患者不同时间接入手术室对患者心理状态的影响。方法:将136例择期手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各68例。对照组患者于早晨7:30由夜班护士接入手术室;观察组患者于麻醉前15min由白班巡回护士接入手术室,巡回护士一直陪护患者,直到手术结束。观察两组患者在被接入手术室前、手术室等候手术期间血压、心率变化及焦虑程度。结果:观察组在手术室等候手术期间的血压、心率、焦虑状态、对护理工作的满意度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:缩短患者在手术室等待手术的时间,可减轻其紧张、焦虑、恐惧心理,提高患者对手术室护理工作的满意度。

Objective： To explore the impact of the different time to enter the operating room on the psychological state of patients with elective surgery. Methods： 136 patients with elective surgery were randomly divided into observation and control groups （68 cases for each group I ~ The patients in control group were escorted to enter the operation room by the nurse on night shift at 7：30 in the morning and the patients in observation group were sent to the operation room by the nurse on daytime shift in 15 minutes before anesthesia and the nurse had accompanied the patient till the operation was finished. The patient＇s blood pres- sure, heart rate changes and anxiety in both groups were observed before they entered the operating room and when they were waiting for surgery in the operating room. Results： There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the comparison of blood pressure, heart rate changes and anxiety of the patients when they were waiting for surgery in the operation room （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Shortening waiting time for surgery can reduce patient＇s stress, anxiety, fear and increase their satisfaction with nurse＇s work in the operation room.
