高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中微量苯酚和氢醌

化妆品中的苯酚可以用蒸馏法蒸出再检测,而氢醌的沸点为286.2℃,不容易被蒸出,本文采用甲醇提取化妆品中苯酚和氢醌用高效液相色谱仪进行检测,能够缩短分析时间,减少干扰物质,操作简便,最小检知量达到苯酚0.0011μg,氢醌0.001μg的高灵敏度分析效果。

The phenol in cosmetics can be devided by distilation. But it is difficult to be distiled and long time because hydroquinol' s boiling point is 286.2℃. We picked up phenol droquinol with high performance liqiud hromatography and methanol from cosmetics. The results were satisfactory both in shorter analysis time(less 4 minuts )and higher sensitivity (phenol 0.0011μg and hydroquinol is 0.001 μg).
