人高致病性禽流感病毒的分子生物学研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 禽流感是由甲型禽流感病毒引起的急性传染病,近年来这种向来只威胁家禽生命的病毒已经打破种属障碍直接导致人类死亡。尤其是高致病性禽流感病毒H5N1亚型的出现,严重威胁人类健康。关于H5N1的形态,基因结构及编码蛋白质的功能研究已取得了较大进展,病毒致病性的研究也发展迅速。加强对人禽流感分子生物学的研究,对防控大流行有重要的意义。 Avian influenza is an acute infection disease caused by avian influenza virus, in recent years, this kind of virus which always just been a threat to poultry has breakthrough the racial barriers and resulted in human deaths. Especially the emergence of highly pathogenic avian influenza virus H5N1 subtype, it is also a serious threat to human health. Researches on their morphology, gene structure and the function of encoded proteins have made great progresses, the studies of viral pathogenicity also developed rapidly. Strengthen the molecular biology of human avian influenza is significance to pandemic prevention and control.
