Radiotherapy of Tumor and Vascular Endothelial Cell Growth Factor

放射治疗促进肿瘤组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的水平发生变化,从而对肿瘤放疗的效果产生直接的影响。回顾近年来的文献报道,得到以下几点结论:①辐射有促使肿瘤细胞分泌VEGF正向调节的作用;②VEGF是促进肿瘤放疗拮抗、放疗后复发与转移的重要因素,是肿瘤放疗的预后指标;③抗VEGF治疗协同放射治疗能提高疗效。

Radiotherapy enhanced the level of VEGF in tumor tissue,so that it had a direct influence on the effect of that.this review summarized the present study reports and concluded that ：（1）Radiotherapy mad up-regulation of VEGF expression. （2）VEGF can be as a predictive factor of response to radiotherapy. VEGF increases in tumors will be resistant to radiation therapy, it will cause to metastasis and relapse after radiation therapy. （3）Blocking vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） signaling could be beneficit for therapy when that combined with radiotherapy.
