腹腔镜肠粘连松解术32例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 32 cases of laparoscopic enterodialysis

目的探讨腹腔镜肠粘连松解术的安全性和可行性。方法回顾性分析2004年7月至2008年12月32例腹腔镜肠粘连松解术的临床资料。结果手术时间60～150 min,平均76.2 min,术中出血2～30 ml,平均14.2ml,术后肠道功能恢复时间为1～2 h,无术后并发症。结论腹腔镜肠粘连松解术具有安全、手术时间短、术后恢复快、并发症少等优点。

Objective To evaluate the security and feasibility of laparoscopic enterodialysls. Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical materials of laparoscopic enterodialysis for 32 cases hospitalized in our hospital from July 2004 to December 2008. Results Operation time was 60 - 150 min, the average 76.2 min, bleeding was 2 - 30 ml, the average 14. 2 ml, and the time of intestinal function recovery after the operation was 1 - 2 h, with no postoperative complications. Conclusion Laparoscopic enterodialysis has many advantages such as safety, shorter operative time, faster postoperative recovery, fewer comphcations and so on.
