松果体区肿瘤目前趋向于积极的手术治疗,经Poppen入路到松果体区由于距离肿瘤近、视野宽敞等优点而备受推崇。松果体区的脑池、静脉(窦)、动脉等结构解剖复杂,功能重要,特别是大脑深部静脉系统的损伤会导致严重后果。Poppen入路能够处理绝大多数松果体区病变,全切率高、术后并发症轻。掌握好松果体区的解剖、手术适应证以及相应的手术要点,Poppen入路可以作为处理松果体区肿瘤的首选术式。

Therapy of pineal region tumors tends to be surgical treatment at present. Poppen approach to the pineal region is highly regarded because of proximity of tumor and spacious vision and so on. The cistern, vein（sinus） and artery in pineal region have complex anatomy structure and important function ,the injury of deep venous system in brain can cause serious consequences. Poppcn approach can deal with most of the pineal region lesions with high rate of total resection and light postoperative complications. After knowing the anatomy of the pineal region, surgical indications and the corresponding operation points, Poppen approach can be used as a preferred treatment of the pineal region tumor.
