糖尿病患者生活质量的研究现状

Research Progress on the Quality of Life in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

生活质量是评估患者生理、社会功能及精神健康的重要指标之一。糖尿病对生活质量各方面有不同程度的损伤,特别是对心理社会方面的影响较大。并发症是影响糖尿病患者生活质量的重要因素之一,要减少和预防糖尿病并发症。临床实践和干预措施应以提高生活质量为目标。本文综述了糖尿病常用生活质量量表、糖尿病患者生活质量的总体状况及影响因素。

Quality of life（QOL） is one of the important indexes to evaluate the physical ,social function and emotional health of patients. Diabetes has different degrees of damage on all aspect of the quality of life,especially on the psycho-social health. Complieations of diabetes are the most important determinant of QOL,and should be controlled. QOL should be used as the ultimate goal to evaluate treatment interventions. This paper reviews the major instruments used to measure QOL issues in patients with diabetes and describes the degree of change in QOL in patients with diabetes,and the factors considered by various researchers related to QOL.
