摘要
时辰药理学研究表明,药物的疗效、不良反应以及药代动力学过程都具有时间节律性,用药的时间分配对提高药物疗效、降低毒性具有重要意义。为明确时辰药理学在临床合理用药中的指导作用,就近年来时辰药理学研究的概况及进展进行综述。
Studies of chronopharmacology have shown that drug efficacy, adverse reactions and pharmacokinetics process seem to appear time-rhythm. Therefore, the time allocation of drug consumption becomes greatly significant in order to improve drug efficacy and to reduce toxicity. To clarify the guiding role of the chronopharmacology in the clinical pharmacology and rational use of drugs, we reviewed the research progress of chronopharmacology in recent years.
