摘要
目的探讨脑肿瘤中的激素受体(ER)的表达与肿瘤细胞增殖和临床病理的关系。方法应用免疫细胞化学方法,检测ER和细胞增殖核抗原(PCNA)在114例星形细胞瘤标本中的表达。结果星形细胞瘤ER阳性率为40%(45/114),PCNA阳性率为66%(75/114)。高度恶性星形细胞瘤(Ⅲ级)ER阳性率(43%)明显高于良性(Ⅰ级)的阳性率(34%)。星形细胞瘤中ER与PCNA,ER与肿瘤分级及PCNA与肿瘤分级之间有相关性。结论ER在神经胶质瘤中的表达随着肿瘤的恶性程度的增高而增加,PCNA的表达与恶性增殖呈正相关。
Objective To explore the correlation of ER expression to the activity of cell proliferation and clinic opathology in astrocytomas. Methods The expression of ER and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) were determined by immunohistochemical method in 114 cases of brain tumors tissues. Results The positive rates of ER and PCMA expression in astrocytomas was 40% (45/114 ) and 66% ( 75/114 ) respectively. The positive rate(43% ) of ER in height malignant astrocytic glioma( grade Ⅲ) was obviously higher than the positive rate(34% ) in benign tmnor( grade Ⅰ ) . The expression of ER in astrocytomas tissues was significantly related with PCNA .as well as ER and PCNA related with tumor classify. Conclusion ER expression in gliomas increased with tumor malignancy increase, PCNA expression was positively correlated with the malignant proliferation.
