FAS蛋白表达与卵巢癌细胞凋亡的相关性研究

摘要 [目的]探讨FAS基因与卵巢癌细胞凋亡的关系。[方法]应用免疫级化技术检测FAS蛋白,应用原位末端标记法(TUNEL)检测卵巢癌细胞凋亡。[结果]卵巢癌组织FAS蛋白阳性率为45.45%,细胞凋亡阳性率为75.00%。表达FAS蛋白的细胞与凋亡细胞分布区域基本一致。[结论]FAS基因通过调控细胞凋亡而参与卵巢癌的发生与发展。 [Purpose]To study relationship betweem FAS gene and ovary carcinoma.[Methods]The FAS protein was detected by immunohistochemistry and the apoptosis of ovary carcinoma was detected by tagging unselected N-end-labeled.[Results]The positive rate of FAS protein was 45.45% and the positive rate of apoptosis was 75.00% in the tissue of ovary carcinomas.The distribution area of cells of expression of FAS protein and of FAS protein and of cells of apoptosis was consistent essentially. [Conclusion]FAS gene participated in the occurring and developing of ovary carcinomas by apoptosis controlled.
