Delorme术加肛管缩窄术治疗直肠黏膜脱垂

Clinical analysis on the treatment of rectal mucosal prolapse by delorme and anal narrowing

目的探讨采用直肠黏膜袖状切除肠璧折叠术加(Delorme)肛管缩窄术治疗直肠黏膜脱垂的疗效。方法回顾性分析2002年4月至2008年8月收治的35例直肠黏膜脱垂患者,均进行Delorme术加肛管缩窄术。结果 32例一次治愈,3例经再次STARR手术治疗后痊愈,治愈率100%。随访2—3年,无复发,无后遗症。结论针对直肠黏膜脱垂Delorme术加肛管缩窄术是一种安全、可靠、简单、疗效显著及无明显并发症的治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the effect of the modified Delorme procedure for rectal prolapse. Methods 35 cases of rectal prolapse were followed up after modified Delorme treatment from April 2002 to August 2008. Results 32 patients were curedand 3 patients after tip modified STARR procedure. Conclusion The modified Delorme operation is a safe and effective surgical treatment for Rectal prolapse.
