摘要
采用鸡新城疫、传染性支气管炎、禽流感(H9亚型)三联灭活疫苗,分别免疫SPF鸡,免疫后7、14、21天采血测定ND及A(IH9)HI抗体,并用NDV、AIV(H9)强毒攻击,观察三联苗ND及A(IH9)部分的免疫产生期;此外,先用H120活疫苗免疫SPF鸡,免疫后3周,用三联苗加强免疫,免疫后7、14、21天采血测定IBHI抗体,观察三联苗IB部分的免疫产生期。结果证明,三联灭活苗的免疫产生期为14天。
SPF chickens were vaccinated with Trivalent Inactivated Vaccine against ND,IB and AI (H9). Blood samples were collected at 7d, 14d and 21d after vaccination and tested for ND and AI (H9) HI antibodies. The chickens were challenged with virulent NDV and AIV (H9) strains after that. Onset time of immunity of the vaccine to ND and AI (H9) was examined. To evaluate the efficacy of the vaccine on IB control, chickens were firstly injected with live H120 and 3 wks later boosted with the Trivalent Inactivated Vaccine. Blood samples were collected at 7d, 14d and 21d after 2nd vaccination and tested for IB HI antibody. The onset time of immunity was observed. The trial study shows that the onset time of immunity of the Trivalent Inactivated Vaccine against ND,IB and AI (H9) is 14 days.
