摘要
研究了低档茶叶中β-胡萝卜素的提取和分离纯化技术。建立了以萃取、柱层析、结晶等方法为主的β-胡萝卜素提取和分离工艺路线。并建立了β-胡萝卜素的反相高效液相色谱分析法。
In this paper,β-carotene is extracted from low-grade tea, and it had been separated and puried. β-carotene extraction and separation process line which contain extraction, column chromatography, crystallization and other methods had been established and the RP-HPLC analysis method of β-carotene is established.
