摘要
目的了解补硒对小鼠肿瘤免疫的影响。方法通过对小鼠灌胃补Na2SeO3观察荷瘤(S180)小鼠体内肿瘤生长情况及免疫功能改善情况。结果补硒后能明显地抑制荷瘤肉瘤在小鼠体内的生长;对小鼠脾淋巴细胞特异性增殖有明显改善作用(P值<0.05)。结论硒能提高机体免疫功能,增强机体抗肿瘤作用。
Objective To understand the effects of supplement of selenium on tumor immunity in mouse.Methods The tumor growth and improvement of immune function in S180-bearing mouse were observed through perfusing Na2SeO3 into mouse’s stomach.Results Na2SeO3 can obviously inhibit the S180 tumor growth in mouse,strengthen the specific proliferation of spleen lymphocytes（P 〈0.05）.Conclusions The study demonstrates that selenium can improve immune function and strengthen body’s anticarcinogenic function.
