螺旋CT在腰椎峡部裂中的诊断价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT(SCT)腰椎峡部裂中的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析30例腰椎峡部裂的轴位、多平面重组CT及三维CT表现,结果30例均显示清晰,表面重建(SSD)图像在显示椎体滑脱方面效果良好;MPR矢状面椎弓峡部裂均显示良好,轴位重组对裂隙骨赘、骨痂、纤维组织增生、椎间盘病变等征象显示清晰,正中矢状面重建对椎体滑脱、椎体撕裂或骨赘后突显示良好。结论SCT三维重建(MIP、SSD)和MPR对腰椎椎弓峡部裂及其所引起的相关改变具有良好的显示效果,能为临床治疗提供可靠依据,有利于临床制定手术方案。 Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of the evaluate spiral CT ( SCT ) of spondy losehisis. Methods Retrospective analysis of 30 cases of spondy loschisis is axial CT muhiplanar reformation and three-dimensional CT performance .Results 30 cases showed a clear surface reconstruction ( SSD ) images show that the system was good spondylolisthesis MPR sagittal isthmic spondylolysis surface show good axial reorganization of fractured osteophyte, bone callus, fibrous tissue hyperplasia, such as disc disease shows clear signs of median sagittal reconstruction of the vertebral body spondylolisthesis, vertebral osteophyte tear or after showed good penetration.Conclusion SCT three-dimensional reconstruction ( MIP, SSD )and the MPR of isthmic spondy loschisis and its related changes caused by the display has a good effect to provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment and is conducive to the development of clinical surgery program.
