自动痔疮套扎术治疗轻中度痔疮93例效果观察

The experience of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoid for treating the mild and moderate hemorrhoid

目的观察自动痔疮套扎术(Ruiyun Procedure for Hemorrhoid;RPH)治疗轻中度痔疮的临床效果。方法回顾性分析自动痔疮套扎术治疗的93例轻中度痔疮患者的临床资料,观察手术疗效、并发症和患者满意度。结果手术平均时间12分钟,术后全部患者的痔疮症状有不同程度好转,随访3～6个月无严重并发症发生,总有效率100%。结论RPH对轻中度痔疮具有极好的疗效,且无需麻醉和住院,操作简便,痛苦小,恢复快,并发症少,病人满意度高,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of mild and moderate hemorrhoids with Ruiyun Procedure for Hemorrhoid （RPH）.Methods Analyze the data of 93 cases retrospectively.The efficacy, complications and patiebts＇ satisfaction were evaluated.Ptesults The average operation time was 2 minutes.All patients＇ symptoms of hemorrhoids were improved in defferent degree.All the case were followed up for 3-6 months and there were not any complications founded.The total effective rate was 100%. Conclusions RPH can not only possesses an excellent efficacy.but also can＇t need anesthesia and hospitalzation.This procedure is simple manipulation with less pain and complications.This is a better procedure for treating mild and moderate hemorrhoids.
