眼外伤218例临床分析

A clinical observation on 218 cases of ocular trauma

目的探讨眼外伤发生、发展及其预后的规律,分析眼外伤的人群分布特征和相关因素。方法将2007年1月至2008年12月共218例(236眼)住院眼外伤病例的性别、年龄、职业、致伤原因、受损环境、外伤、视力及后果、并发症等各种情况进行统计分析。结果218例眼外伤病例中,男:女=4.45:1,左眼:右眼=1.17:1,多发年龄20～50岁。高发的职业为工人、学生、农民、学龄前儿童;外伤性眼及附属器挫伤和眼球开放性损伤居多;工作劳动场所是眼外伤的高发地点;致伤原因最多为金属硬物。眼外伤并发症为前房积血(22.89%)、视网膜震荡(9.64%)等。治疗后视力仍低于0.05者63眼,占26.69%。结论眼外伤是眼科住院患者的常见病和多发病,后果严重,且眼外伤并发症多,致盲率高,社会危害极大,应加强宣教和防范措施,一旦发生眼外伤,应快速及时准确的救治,将其伤害降到最低,做好眼外伤的预防对眼外伤的发生具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the regularity of the occurrence, the development and the prognosis of the ocular trauma.the ocular trauma occurred, and analyze the the characteristics of the population distribution of ocular traum and the relevant factors.Methods From January 2007 to December 2008, there were 218 cases with 236 eyes in our hospital whom were ocular trauma patients, and to take statistical analysis of their sex, age, occupation, the cause of injury, damage to the environment, trauma, vision, and the consequences, complications and other situations. Results 218 cases of ocular trauma, the M： F=4.45：1 ,left eye： right eye=1.17：1; the highly frequent age were 20 to 50-year-old.The workers, students, peasants, and pre-school children were highly frequent illness; and traumatic ocular adnexal injury and the damage were mostly open; the work of the workplace was a high incidence of ocular trauma sites; the causes of injury payments were up to a maximum of a hard object.Among the ocular trauma, hyphema complications accounted for 22.89%, retinal concussion accounted for 9.64% and so on.There were 63 cases of them still with Visual acuity which is lower than 0.05.Accounting for 26.69%.Condtmions Ocular trauma is the ophthalmic diseases and frequently-occurring disease among the patients, the consequences could be serious, and with the high rate of complications, and blindness, great harm to society, should strengthen the education and preventive measures, in the event of ocular trauma it should be rapid and timely accurate treatment, to minimize the extent of injury, do a good job in the prevention of ocular trauma occurrence of eye trauma is important.
