摘要
以偏曲轴少齿差行星减速器为研究对象,介绍了它的结构和传动原理。采用Pro/E三维造型技术生成实体模型,完成了减速器的整机装配。将箱体模型导入到ANSYS软件中进行有限元静应力分析。结果表明:减速器箱体壁厚为20 mm时最大应力值为15.572 MPa,远小于材料的许用应力60 MPa,取厚度为10 mm仍然满足强度要求。对偏曲轴少齿差行星减速器结构的优化设计有指导作用。
The structure of the eccentric crankshaft less tooth difference planetary gears reducer and its principle of transmission were presented. Three-dimensional Pro/E entity models of various parts of the reducer are used to finish the model assembly of the reducer. The box model is leaded to ANSYS software and static stress analysis is got. The results show that when thickness of reducer box is 20 mm, that maximum stress is 15.572MPa which is much less than allowable stress 60MPa. When its thickness is 10mm, strength condition is still satisfied. The results of analysis are useful to design of the redactor
